Terms of service.
Your full terms come in a written agreement. Every team joining the alpha gets one to read and sign before anything is set up.
What is already agreed
- Who you contract with
- Monetis Ltd, trading as Panduction, registered in England and Wales. English law applies.
- What you pay
- Nothing during the alpha. Before you are ever charged, you get the price in writing and a month’s notice.
- Cancelling
- Any time, with no minimum term. It takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Your data is yours
- Scripts, budgets, crew details and schedules you put into Panduction belong to you. We never sell or share them, or use them for advertising.
- Case studies
- We only name you, show your logo or quote you if you agree to it in writing.
Everything else
Liability, service levels, data processing and the rest are set out in your written agreement. Ask for a draft at any time: connor@panduction.com
